Experience Italy's essence in Crete, At Magna Grecia.
Massimo, chef and owner of the Magna Grecia Bar Restaurant in Chania, has turned his passion for Italian cuisine into reality. After graduating in agricultural science and having a career as a food export manager in Eastern Europe, he decided to follow his dream by opening a venue in Chania, on the island of Crete. His menu celebrates traditional Italian recipes, with a special focus on homemade pasta, offering his guests an authentic taste of Italy in a Cretan atmosphere.
"I love the basic principles of Italian cooking: authentic flavors, lightness, and respect for ingredients. My menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, offering an engaging culinary journey through Italian traditions."
